Didn't find the capsules much use myself, they where Creatine CEE.

Take monohydrate powder now, it's great mixed with dextrose/maltodextrin/protien.

I know everybody is different, that's why I write on a forum, to see everybody's opinion. I'm not asking whether or not I should use them, I am interested in hearing of people's experiences with capsules, and ultimately if they are a new gimmick or not.

I dont think its going to make a difference how you get it into your body once its there its just creatine at the end of the day. I guess just look at the packet see what contains more creatine per dose. Can't see why you would need it in relation to rmtraining though?

I have heard that capsules may not get absorbed as well. Also have you seen the amount of capsules they recommend you take per day  it's about six. Personally i would go with powder and mix it with dextrose as it aids absorbtion.

If you use them as a suppository and shove the capsules up your arse it will reach your bloodstream quicker. Try standing on your head immediately after this also speeds up the absorbtion process. Oh, and if you get your training partner to simultaneously hold your ankles and kind of shake you this works too.

If you follow these three steps you'll be looking like Tim Lovejoy in no time - "You're not ready, in six weeks you will be ready"

Eagleeye leave the creatine alone. Build your mass through increased food intake, and push harder in training

Haven't you just contradicted your own post there? Creatine is used to build muscle faster (and hence gain weight). Why shouldn't he take it?

I'm not saying that taking creatine for the forces is either good or bad, just that you have totally contradicted yourself.

This post was set up to identify a new gimmick. I do NOT take creatine, I believe it is overated. I was interested to know whether or not capsules are the latest scam.

Well they sound like a scam to me! How many bloody capsules do you have to take? they must be a lot more concentrated that the power because you need quite a lot to make a drink...

I used creatine for a while and did notice that my CV work outs were harder but that I was also putting on weight something I didn't need to do
