how long would i have to wait to re apply if i cancled my ap

ok so before i do something i am going to regret later dose any one on here know if i cancel my application how long it would be before i can re apply i ask because i want that sixty percent to become a diver and i cant get another re test 2 percent of from having enough to go on the diving course
