recruitment

Post by degrees of passion »

sorry if this has been asked before but i cant find it in the search.....

i know it differs but roughly how long is the time between PRMC and RT??is it just a case of the corp have so many set times of the year in which they recruit, say every 4 months or something, and so it depends when you apply in relation to the time of recruitment-im only asking because im sure ive read on here before that some people had had to wait absolutely ages for RT after they've passed the PRMC.

id much rather coordinate my training so i just to say peak for PRMC and then maintain or try to improve in time for RT-so i guess what im asking is what is the longest and shortest possibles times between PRMC and RT??

My afco said the norm is 4 weeks but some make it after 2 some 5-6 weeks. You just have to wait and see really, dont think you will be able to plan it.
