Im pretty sure that any charge on your record bars you from service with the Marines.

Bloody hell mate, drink driving....I presume I dont have to tell you what a dong you are :-?

If you do get convicted a recent thread in the Para section said that you can apply with minor convictions on your record.

They might just make you goto court and ride out the process, before letting you into RT?

Hopefully mate. IT will be a waste of a good recruit!

They never found the keys mate, they slipped out my pocket and down under my seat, they ramsacked my car looking for drugs and my keys, they found neither. On my charges sheet it says i'm only getting charged for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis, nothing else.

I've got no advice on this but I have a question? Why are you being charged for failure to provide a breath specimen? If they took you in, why didn't they take one? Or did you resist or something?
