PRMC tomorrow!

Post by sammy571819 »

Well im off down to Lympstone tomorrow for my PRMC, finally! Already cancelled one due to injury, which is also why ive only been able to get back to training for the last 3 weeks. I'm definetly not as fit as i would like to be as i am not back to the standard i was at before i got injured, but hopefully my determination and giving 110% will get me through. My 3 mile time is just over 21 minutes, and this is also the furthest distance ive been running so to keep the injury at bay. Pressups are about 50, situps 60, pullups 6 and bleep test 11.10 a couple of days ago. Hopefully MFAT will have a couple more sucessful passes on friday! All the best. Westy

Good luck sammy, go balls out on everything and if asked to do something do it straight away - two speeds at CTC - stop and full tilt. Remember mate, they can't kill you and they can't make you pregnant and you'll have plenty of time to get over it when you get home with a pass under your belt.
