Scores on last training day before PRMC

Post by KJ-Edwards »

Pressups in 2minutes = 59

Situps in 2minutes =98

Pullups max = 9 (holding it up there does make a difference :D )

Bleep test = 12.6 (Went down from 12.7, must of been having a bad day)

3miler = 19:12 (much different from my PB. Was ran with no mp3)

Im hoping i can perform as good on the day, and my nerves help me dig deep and un-earth a potential marine.

Good luck to all those waiting to take a PRMC/POC, and congrats to all those who have passed.

Thank you MFAT for giving me an excellent insight, and thanks to all the members that have shown there support and given there luck, I should be saying this same message when i return with that pass, joining the MFAT passers.

I am feeling sick, im bricking it and i am excited all at once.

KJ :D

Those are some of the higest scores I have seen on MFAT. I would expect a 100% pass with those scores.

Best wishes

Just go down and enjoy it, i was bricking it before i went down but i really enjoyed it! :) I just passed my PRMC and heres how i done on the day

Push-ups: 51
Sit-ups: 51
Bleep test: 10.8
Pull ups: 6

So with your scores, you'll be fine. Just keep going on the bottom field, and in gym test 2, the sprints at the end are quite intense, but you'll be fine. Good luck!
