id like to know wat you lads stats are, in regards to running and pressus situps atm...
and wether or not mine are ok?

3miles - 18:30
1.5miles - 8:50
6miles - 45mins

pressups -(elbows to ribs)- 2mins
situps - 120 in 2mins


i dont know, wats good, bad ,or very bad, or very good?

I would say that your time for the 3 miler is very good, keep it up.

thanks alot, that 3mile run was on part of a "3.4"mile run.. did the 3.4miles in about 19:40 i think...

With them stats you should go for the marines, well thats my opinion.

but i dont know...
id rather jump out of a plane then jump into a submarine...
big decision...

something very demanding, physicaly and mentaly. like paras or comandos... then go from there.

those are some pretty serious numbers there. you must be in tip top shape to get to those most people here from what ive heard and including myself are doing

press ups: 50ish

Situps: 60ish

3 miler: 1930ish

you're numbers make us look like we're in the minors-lol
