Hello gents,
I'll be travelling down on this date also to start RT :o I think my train departs at 10:35 to arrive around 2:30-3(ish). Theres another lad from my AFCO who starts then too.

Good luck on your PRMC alee9 as long as you pass the three miler and manage to hang in for the rest of it you'll pass!

hello mate,
the best advice i can give you is:
dont quit, on my prmc only 2 people stayed did the whole course and failed, about 12 dropped out claiming an injury or couldnt cope,
the course is very hard and tiring but very funny, just dig in mate and ull be fine.
ok if you have any questions fell free to ask

i cannot wait untill my recruit training starts, i am now talking to someone else going down on the same date as me, so even better now.
good luck luke

I've just been trying to thrash myself as much as possible which isn't the best thing to do as I keep getting run down with injurys and flu
I don't think you need to be PRMC standered when you start RT but I think it'll help as your body will be use to taking a beasting. How have you guys been preparing yourselves for CTC.

Hey guys. I was supposed to be heading down to Lympstone for my PRMC on the 27th as i said before, but i had to move it  even though i really didn't want to!! i had a chest infection that just wouldn't budge! plus the doc wouldn't give me any antibiotics but has decided to now it has got a bit worse! but thats the NHS for you! My AFCO said it would be pointless going down so i have reschedualed for May 9th! a bit away, but leaves me with time to recover and get fitter! :-?
Hope all the guys who headed down for RT are enjoying it, let us know lads! any way, just thought i would let you all know, and if there is anyone else heading down on May 9th then get in touch.
