cheers lads :D i got told id passed by my sgt whos in the marines, he kept a close eye on the people who were marking me!

the first day of prmc is easy the 3miler is basically a jog and gym test 1 isnt that bad but bottom field and gym test to are pretty hard, bottom field warm-up isnt that bad youve just got to keep going an always mark time, actually doing the assault course is the most physically demanding part because its an all out effort!

Well in hanson. Bet you can't wait to get started! :D
Just wondering if the 3 miler was run as a group the whole 3 miles or just 1.5 then best effort back? and also, what kind of things did you do in gym test 2?

Agreed :o

The warm up was harsh, but over soon enough I thought.

Shows how much you get build up over the 32 weeks if your doing the Assault Course with additional weight on, I think you do it at 100% after the Tarzan Course as one of the Commando tests, thought I could be mistaken.

the 3miler is pretty easy, you would have to have one leg not to get through it, its just a simple run as a group, the PTI makes the pace and is no more than a fast jog, gym test to is extremely hard to describe, its a series of 5 games each lasting 3 minutes each working different parts of the body this is followed by sprints. gym test 2 is hard because you are so tired from the previous day and bottom field.

yea cant wait to do the tarzan followed by bottom field how fun lol
