Im at pretty much the same standard, and should be doing prmc (if I pass the rest) in November. Although this is only cause my parents are trying to kick me out
40 pushups, 60 situps, 9 pullups, 23.5 min 3 mile run. Around that anyway.

You have a good while to get yourself up to their standards mate so dont' worry about it. I had to stop training over the christmas time cause i was having pain's in my leg when i ran cause i used to run all the time, so i had to stop for a while and im not as fit as i used to be after my mums x-mas dinner and all the junk, that i didnt really think would affect me but it did.

I'm heading off to PRMC this mornin, i'll let you know how i get on. Try get the mileage up on your run's, when you can run 6 miles, 3 times per week, your doing really well. Try do it in under 45 mins. i'm doing roughly the same strength wise. I got the mumps 5 weeks ago so i'm still kinda weak. 58 press-ups, 63 sit-ups and 7 pull-ups. as long as you train hard for 2 or 3 days straight every second or third week to try and get your body used to constantly being under pressure. Try do a bleep test to, i usually have a test week every third weekend, where after a rugby match i'm wrecked and i do a bleep test and press-up, sit-up and pull-up test straight after. The main thing though is confidence, just keep going and keep telling yourself that you havn't killed yourself training for the last x amount of weeks for nothing. so best of luck lads, i'll letya know how i get on.
