Hi lads, just got back from PRMC (20th - 23rd) I passed!

3 Miler - pass

Gym test 1: Bleep test: 12.4
Press ups: 39
Sit ups: 80
Pull Ups: 6

Assult course: 3:30

gym test 2: Pass

Its f-ing hard lads, just dont give up. Im in love with CTC though, I miss it already!

Corporals were hillarious, wicked sense of humour! Had some wicked lads on my course, and some right twats, but thats just how it is.

One south african lads tried to get one of the PTIs in an arm lock when he was demonstrating on the lad, right w@#k

Well done Dave. What was your training like just pre-PRMC?

Sounds like there was a few silly billys on your course too.

All the tuck jumps we got were because of that lad being mouthy and never shutting up. Hes 20 with a mental age of 7.

The worse thing about PRMC: Coming home with a potty mouth! Every other word is f@#k

Stinky???? where were you the last few days??? Oh 7 years, sorry Stinky we arent into years yet are we.

im south african and they arent all like that trust.!!!!
RM application 2005, PRMC - tore ACL and PCL ligaments.
Contimplating TA for a couple years before i rejoin RM

Been training for years in terms of keeping fit!

But I know what you all mean, well for PRMC I have been training sinse April. For the last 7 weeks i was training 5 days a week morning and afternoon. Heres my schedule:

Monday: 3.5 mile run, Endurance training at gym. Circuits, 5 mile bike ride

Tuesday: 6.5 mile run, 5 mile bike ride, swim, 5 mile bike ride.

wednesday: 3.5 mile run, weight training, cirucits, 5 mile bike ride

thursday: Long swim, 5 mile bike ride, circuits, 5 mile bike ride

Friday: 3.5 mile run, endurance training at gym, circuits, 5 mile bike ride

Thats 2 activities in the morning and 2 in the afternoon

41 attended PRMC and i think 12 failed

Around 29 passed (70% pass) . Some who failed got the PRMC/DC

well done mate, its an awesome course isnt it, prmc that is, i loved it when id passed one of the tests and got time to sit on my bunk!!

best of luck with training and whack your training date on here when you receive it mate, soon we'll both be down there getting beasted!! 24th oct ill be down, dont know what help i can give but ill be able to tell you what troop youll be in, trying to figure out what number mine will be!!
