well the time has almost come for me to embake on an adventure of a lifetime, at precisely 10:30 on Tuesday 6th September 2005 i will be leaving in my car for RAF Halton.

Just to say thanks for all the input and the great site, it sure did help me a grate deal in my application and answered many personal questions.

All the best mate - never spoke to you but dont be a stranger. I dont blame you for going RAF, suppose you have never seen the sky due to all the smog! ;) :P :D

OMG have fun, lol. I left RAF Halton nearly 2 years ago and the only advice i have is to just play the game. Your bedspace will be ripped apart (not your civvie locker mind) and you will be told your crap, but its all a joke, especially to the cpl's and sgt's that do it. Its the most fun part of their day ripping your bedspace apart. Its really not as hard as you might think either. I met some really good people at Halton and i expect you will too. Have fun and congratulations
