H3 Watches

Post by SF »

I am looking to buy a H3 Watch from http://www.h3watchshop.co.uk

has anyone else got a h3 watch? Im thinking of buying either the h3 6502 or the h3 6506. I have been recommended them as they are tough, good looking and reliable and they do look quality on this site.

From the post, I'd say hes an employee or at least on commission.

Whichever one you buy, get it with a rubber strap.

Dont be a dick. Of course its not giving out radiation. The gas they use "tritium gas" is radioactive, and if it escapes (if the watch gets smashed) and you breathe it in, then you could get a nice dose of it, but its safe while its contained.

Same with the Trilux safety rule on the SUSAT sight. It uses tritium gas and has a radioactive sign on it, but it is by no means radioactive unless you smash it. As for the new Bowman radio manpacks, you could fry a whole section in minutes when using one :P

I`d rather buy fifty one quid digital toy watches, in the unliklely event of me smashing all but one of them in my lifetime I would still be over 50quid better off then if I shelled out for one of those fancy watches. :P
