Scrambled egg on brown toast.

Tuna and pasta.

protein shake.

Mixed nuts.

Chicken, veg and rice/pasta

Porridge.

Yoghurt and fruit.

Mackerel and pasta.

Mince,veg and spuds.

Milk.

Chicken sandwich.

Dried fruit.

Steak sandwich.

Peanut butter on brown toast.

Chicken stir fry.

Take any 5 from the above, spread them out through out the day, and bingo! Depends on how much time I have, and what/how I've trained.

Yestarday I ate no breakfast,
Kitkat Chunky, Twix and a manky flapjack (flap jack is two words so which part of the flapjack is the flap and which part is the jack :-? ? I'm guessing the flap is the soft stuff underneath and thats the only bit i liked of it) for lunch.
a sauage and a burger but I don't normaly have burgers and sauages because we were only having a barbique.

Bowl of weetabix at 5.00
Glass of milk and protein powder

Two sausage and bacon on toast with some Kellog's chrunchy nut
Another pint of full fat milk. While on my half hour break

Dinner (when I get home from work) often consists of a Bridseye curry and microchips done in the microwave (cant be arsed cooking at midday), a couple of slices of bread and enough salt to last a week, and a couple of glasses of Asda Apple and Rasberry juice. Either that or a Dr Oiker pizza that takes 10 mins in the oven. Alternatively il have some pasta if I plan to train in the afternoon.

Another glass of milk and protein powder

Then for tea, I usually have something like Pie and chips, Lasagner, more curry and rice, fish and chips or steak and chips - mums choosing.

Then another glass of milk and protein powder.

Sausage butties at about 1.30 before I go to bed.

Plus about 4 cups of coffee through the day (2 spoons of coffee, 3 sugars and plenty of milk) and about 4 choc digestive biscuits each time.

My cholestrial level must be off the map, my heart must be taking a beating but im still a skinny c@#t.

Whatever the hell I want, when I want.
I went through enough diet fanaticism when I was weightlifting.

Good plan GGHT.

As long as you are getting the sufficient carbs and proteins to keep you going and the vitamins and minerals to keep your coat shiny, there isnt a problem with what people eat.

Being a chef, I often have the opportunity to pig out, but with a healthy lifestyle its all burned off.

Cheers mate, lol thought I would get flak for that but im burning off so much energy I have been at a stable 11 stone for months now. (Down from over 14)
I've done all the pasta, chicken breast, steaks, brown rice etc in the past but I just can't afford it now, I just eat when im offered.
I take a good multivitamin and some flax seed oil for the joints.

Roast boar charred over an open pit and ale by the bucketfull, good Viking fare...

Honestly, if you are fit, young and doing the kind of training you need for the forces, as long as you don't eat McDonalds-style crap it really doesn't matter bollocks whether you have 500g of protein or OMG!!111one 501g of protein in your daily flesh. Leave the diet fascism to the vain gym nazis all trying to achieve the perfect six-pack.

Besides, surely you are training to be able to operate well while barely eating some crap ration in a tin, not while hitting your reccommended-daily-intake-allowance-targets to the milligram?
