Right then people i am after a program that i work on to build up my fitness to get into the Regular Army.

Go down to a gym and get a PTI to write you a scheme and diet

Get someone to write you a proper programme but get some long distance ok paced runs in and some short (1.5-2 mile) fast runs in. Also Fartlek and pressups will do you no harm.

Just ask Artist how to do them.
