im about to attempt T.A P company in october, and whilst im not worried about failing anything to do with fitness because ive prepared well its just a case of not getting injured and having the right attitude
nor am i worried about milling as ive had a fair few fights(not trying to sound hard
but im a little worried about the trynasium, specifically the illusion jump
could anyone give me a detailed discription of it, ive heard its from one plank to the other 40 feet in the air with one plank 7 feet below the other and this plank looks too far away to jump but its actually easy because its below you
the reason i say im not concerned about my fitness is cos i did my last bpfa in 9:04 and when i do it myself after my 4 mile run i always come in under 9:10
i can do 70+ press-ups and 80 sit-ups and always get a green pass on bpfa, and ive tabbed with 55lbs on the same distance required for the p company ten miler in faster time though this was without weapon obviously(and combat jacket as well), im ok at pull ups as well(can do about 15 over and undergrasp) though im not sure they are required
so i think its all about attitude, weather or not im seen to be putting in 100% and if i help others who are struggling or just be a jack b*stard and look after myself
and of course the trynasium, but im not going to come of it without completing it even if i fall off and die , but im just worried cos i will be a little bit scared and if the d.s notices it will i get marked down(because it is called airiel confidence) or will i pass if i complete the bloody thing no matter what
