Ah the infamous "Snecasaurus!" usually earned SNCO status around the late Jurassic period, every Mess should have at least one! Normally affixed to a stool at the bar (God forbid anybody else should sit on it in his absence!) and identified by the dried soup stain on shirt and ever present aroma of TCP mixed with urine and Formaldahyde!
Bless em!!!
