Joining the SAS

Post by si-h »

This might sound a bit of a dumb question but can you join the SAS form the TA or do you have to be a regular and how many years do you have to serve before you can join?
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

Suggest you use the search feature up in yonder left hand corner searching for Walter and Mitty failing that try searching for TA SAS selection.

I jest of course, you have to be part of 21 or 23 reg to go for Regular SAS selection. Unless

I'm sure if they were 18, fit and wore the uniform of a 10 year old girl guide they'd get in no questions asked  .
