Errrrmmm....hmmmmm....Training schedule?
Same as Beardo said really, I never really had a set plan just train, although for PRMC practice alot of sprints especially after a long run or when your knackered and dont just stick to press/sit/pull ups as bottom field and gym test 2 will test most of the muscles in your body, so put a variety of exercises into your circuits.

Hmm is easter leave definatly then? I start recruit training on the 14th march, and thats 2 weeks before easter leave. Does that mean my troop will be the last before easter break, as that leaves just enough time to complete foundation doesnt it? 2 weeks? I mean going down for 2 weeks and then coming home for leave for 2 weeks, that seems to be timed just right Seriously tho is that right, or will my troop stay longer and have a different date for easter leave?

Can't give you a solid answer as im not in recruit training yet (only 10 days though!)
But a mate of mine who joined last july had 2 weeks foundation just before summer leave and then just paused training and started week three again after like there had been no gap.
Like I said can't promise that's how it'l be but thats my knowledge on the subject!
Mike you say your starting on the 14th? thats only one week after me, I thought they started a new troop every two weeks? Does this mean i'l only be in the foundation block for one week?
