Post by Stewby »

Rite then passed my PRMC yesterday and just thought I'd share my news with the world! Well I haven't stopped grinning like a nobber yet :D

I won't bother with a PRMC diary as there are a couple of very good quality one's available and other than minor details I would be repeating what has already been said.

My scores for those who whish to know:

Bleep Test - 11.3
Press up's - 53
Sit up's - 80
Pull up's - 6
Assault course - 4.02
3 miler - pass (came in 6th place)

Can you remember any of the corporals? Did you have one who was a Geordie?

Yea I had all them for my PRMC too. Cpl Smith was a pretty good guy, as was that Geordie one....but you didnt wanna p1ss off the Geordie one! He was the one who gave one of the lads 70 press ups for calling a Wet (Tea) a Brew!

My injuries clearing up slowly mate. It was the ligaments that was injured so it has taken a long time to heal (I haven't been able to train since early December which is VERY frustrating). It's nearly better now, but I know if I rush into training again now, I will injure it again.
