hey how common is a heart mumour?

I think mumours are quite rare.
Murmors are found quite often mostly during dreams.
The boss gets them on a regular basis.
The only way to deal with them after you yell"Shut the Fark up"Is to stomp noisily to the spare room and spend the night improving your spelling
