Adquals?

Hi all,

When I was in the RNR back in the early nineties I seem to recall seeing a poster on the NE classroom showing badges of the RN.

On it were badges that I believe were worn on the right sleeve called Adquals.

Do they still exist? and what are they for? and who can do them?
