i am starting dartmouth on 24th of february and i am a bit worried about the fitness requirements. they sent me all the bumpf and i am certainly working towards their targets. the running should be ok but im very worried about the push ups in the test. it says that you are advised to reach these levels but i can only do 5 at a push and they want at least 21. does anyone know if this is part of the fitness test andif i dont do the required amount will i be chucked out?? also does neone have any tips on building up the number of pushups u can do?? thanks for ne help u could give me 
The only way to improve push ups is by just constantly bangin them out at every opportunity mate. Use the search facility god knows there loads of info on push ups on there.
Every time u walk in and out of a room at home drop down and do 10 thats an easy way of doing it. Yeh another tip use a baked bean tin lying flat this simulates your partners wrist on the floor go down and touch it with your chest and you know you've just done a proper full push up.
