Good luck guys. I think you get the nice newly furbished block, my PRMC spent ages folding and tying your kit so the least you can do is cover it with blood and sweat.

Good luck to everyone who is attending on this date.
Just ignore the pain and press on.
One piece of advice I will give you is, during 'bottom field' make a balls out effort to be first back to the pti when you are sprinting around the walls. You will be marking time while you wait for the others to finish and as sonn as the last one is back; you will be off again, 'it pays to be a winner'. Do not try and pace yourself through it.
Drink as much water as you can, about 4 water bottles' worth a day. Otherwise you will get major cramps towards the end, both me and jordiman suffered from this.
Best of luck

Good luck lads. Good advice from Langrotti. You've a lot to look forward to (apart from the pain that is - but that doesn't last and you do get used to it). I remember posting similar good wishes to Dan what seems like yesterday and he'll be on the drill square in 3 weeks with a grin as wide as the River Exe
Per Flank, Per Tank
Good luck everyone going soon. Hope it goes well, and give it every last ounce.
Two questions,
1. are there PRMC's towards the end of the year? ( I have A Levels this year till about july )
2. what is the "bottom field"?
Happy birthday Davo, my 18th is Feb 12th.
Also, anyone looking to do body weight exercises have a look at:

1. There you PRMC pretty much every week barring the easter, summer and winter holidays
2. Read gippers PRMC diary at the top, its a big field around the outside is the assault course. It'll be the hardest thing you'll do till basic training , loads of sprinting, crawling, stress positions etc. Its called a warmup but you have a warmup before that aswell. After the warmup and demonstration you get a timed run on the obstacles.
