This has got to be a wind up, but I'll bite first. Try learning how to write in english first then you might stand a chance of getting some helpful replies. Also if you could be bothered to look at the forum lists you will see one called: JOINING THE ARMY try asking in english on there. Hope that is of some use.

If your having problems with your parents your local AFCO (armed forces careers office) will be happy to talk with your parents about any queries they have etc.

Maybe some more experienced people will be able to shed some light on the matter!

Good luck though mate

Dave

Give the poor lad a break. He's probably an assylum seeker trying for a UK passport!

Are you sure want to do Signals? alot of the lads I know who did that really wish they had chosen something else. Make sure you think it out, then maybe go infantry and from there choose company signaller if you really want to.

Joining the Royal Signals

Post by df2inaus »

Go for the Signals. If you feel frustrated after awhile, try joining 30 Signal Regiment and be deployed 2/3 of the time (much like the whole Canadian Army). What about 216 Sig Sqn, who serve with 16 Air Assault Bde, or 264 Sqn who support the SAS? Plenty of variety and it will be easier to get a good job on civvy street should you come out.
"Poor Ike, it won't be a bit like the Army. He'll find it very frustrating. He'll sit here and he'll say, 'Do this! Do that!' And nothing will happen."

jesus, don't even think about joining any thing until you stop being a f@#k mummies boy. I tell you what, hold your mother's hand and walk in to the AFCO and say what you just wrote on the forum. They'll give you all the options!

Why are you resurrecting a thread from a year ago and posting a reply to someone who is obviously not here anymore??
I'm a little confused as to the point!

Or you can have freedom.
Don't ever count on having both at once.
