Good Luck

Post by zero megahertz »

Hey I noticed quite a few members of these forums are going for PRMCs or starting foundation in the next week or two, I just want to say best of luck to you all lads and keep us posted on how you are doing.

Cheers
you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength, and just pull that shit out of you, and get that motivation to not give up, and not be a quitter no matter how bad you wanna fall flat on your face

cheers Zero, at the moment im just trying to get my upperbody strength back up to what it was before i injuired my tricep but its looking good.
As for my running im not doing enough because of football commitments but i will be doing more because im just about to serve a 4 match ban  but that doesnt really worry me as im very fit and and playing football 4 times a week (2 training sessions,1 game and 1 game of 5 a-sides) helps me.
Also im at the gym 4 times a week to lift weights working one bodypart per week but i was doing this before i applied for the marines so my upper body strength was already good.
Thats basically what my training is like.

Thanks guys, can't wait to start basic on the 29th. Out of interest, anyone else here starting at the same time?

Also, this is probley a good time to mention all the help and tips I've found in this forum. Just a big thanks to all the people who posted those, now I'm more prepared than I ever thought I would be.
