hello russell and welcome to the site...
what is this interview for?
a few tips i was told when going for my Royal MArines interview was:
Direct Eye Contact at all times unless been shown somthing,
Dont look or sound simple, ask questions, in some cases even if you know the answer..
Ask more questions at the end
At the end of the interview shake the Interviewers hand and thank him for his time and that you appricate him doing this for you
Wear suit, first impressions are everything these days...if you dont have one lend one
Always know some background of the company etc such as when it was founded, based etc....
Look happy and if he laughs - laugh!

My Auntie told me these, she was the mayor or Redcar and Cleveland and was constantly meeting new people etc and these are her golden rules

Hope that helps

cheers, dave
