Everyone seems to have lovely avators and pics etc against there profile and I want one two! [oops nearly spat me dummy out]
How is it done?

You've made my day!! I am not alone!!! Mind you, to be fair, I have read the instructions how to do it but haven't been determined enough to spend the time trying it out. Which can only mean I don't want to enough. As for photos, I haven't got a digital camera or a scanner so I'm b****xed there!

Go onto your search engines and type in FREE AVATARS. Check out the various sites, choose the avatar, save it on your desktop, onto military forms, open up your profile and add the avatar.

The image has to end in .jpg or .gif in o rder for it to work.
Try http://images.google.com and do a search.

this is me being helpful(unfortunately it's about 2 months out of date)...but, the avatars also need to be 80x80 pixels in size...everybody already seems to have one, so i have possibly posted erroneously(?) any art prog will let you change the size...M$ picture-it express is alright for that type of thing...delink the aspect ratio as well, and that will make it exactly 80x80......sorry about my offer being (a bit) late...but that is hats for you...

"AVATARS" that way there is no excuse for not looking
through back issues.
