A Coy 40 CDO
i`ve just been watching sky news, that have had a camera crew with the lads whilst on patrol in the city, the crew were present whilst orders were being given, and whilst the attack was being undertaken. surely this MUST STOP, the lads have enough to worry about without nursemaiding newsmen or women, who want to get their story
Also, if one of the guy`s wives is watching, and he meets one that`s incoming, what a way to see hubby bite the bullet.

It is a sign of the times. I hope this does not happen. It is called some fancy name now like 'Reality photo journalism' or something as equally stupid. The footage shown was a couple of days old and I would hope the press have the good sense to edit anything like a real casualty out!
They made a good point on TV today "This is real life and real death. These Royal Marine and US Marine snipers have the power of life and death at the tip of their finger".

Totally agree,
Just hope it doesnt happen..
Reporting on wars is becomming too much like Hollywood
Its disgracefull that untrained personell who have no incilng of combat are allowed to be on the frontline possibly even getting in the way of the lads.
They hsould stay in the rear with the gear and then be invited to come forward once positions have been secured.

Every meal a banquet, every paypacket a fortune...
As we all know the jerno's seem to have their own angle, most chanels seem to be behaving though certain sky news chanels are going all out to show all the bits we don't need to see.
I think we need to know but time framed to allow for decency. Put them all into censorship mode I say.

Should it not read:
"SKY News first with the news. (It might be wrong, it might be right, who knows, who cares, we are the top news station in the world and anyway; it is news!)"
Who polices the police, who censors the censors?

But then who gets that all important scoop? The one that leads to the award and pay rise.
