hi i am joining the army foundation college in January this year and would just like to know if anyone has any advice on getting by there also any fitness tips before going would be greatly appreciated. :D

Hmmm well:

so your a royal engineer who wants fitness tips and who is going to the collage in jan 2008 and also has an opinion on the standard issue boots? is it me or am i missing something here???????????????????
