Ste Lad

I asked the same question and got no/irrelevant response.

You're going in as a MT like me right?

Have you been given your Halton Date?

I take it that a written test is not a part of the formal interview process? To get you started.
(Just, formal, to, I, got, However, for, has, severely, someone, you, Halton, would, be).
Use the dictionary!
Steve :)

I can certainly see how seriously hurting your leg will affect your push-up ability  . Why not just visualise the excercise - after all it's the thought that counts

And, as per Steve above you might get a better response if you (a) at least try to communicate clearly and (b) stop being so bone and ask a question that's worth answering.

Now... what would you like for tea dear? Shall I cut the crusts off for you?

Aah, but it's his "staminia" that was doing the push-ups (how the hell does THAT work?).

Sadly, his stamina "can hardly do push ups anymore" on account of it being "dropped serverly"

One of us is "severly" confused and I don't think it's me!

For gawd's sake, kid don't try out for air traffic control, they'll think you're a Terry plant!

I want to know how push-ups can provide advice, I didn't know push-ups could talk!

Just make sure you enjoy it - especially at the start. Don't go off too fast just keep it nice and slow and you'll find yourself speeding up as you warm up and get into it. In the first few weeks knock it on the head with a feeling that you could have done a bit more and keep within your comfort zone. As your stamina improves you can push it a bit more. Good luck with your application.
