where do i stand?
Say i join the royal engineers as an elec engineer, but im already qualified??

You could be standing anyone, over there, over here, or maybe there, god knows, but I do know that I prefer to sit rather than stand.
From my understanding if your all ready qualified the army will still "train" you in phase two or whatever it's called, they have to do that to cover themselves and they may do things differently, so then if something goes wrong you can't say "They didn't teach me that." And so on.
