Training
I'm available once the 'Tour' is over.
I'm currently doing 20 milers with 80lb backpacks - 5 hour target on fairly level ground with no more than 2500ft of ascent over the 20 miles. I'm not into all that 'run quick, achieve nothing stuff'. I've managed 5hrs 43 mins so far. OK, I know I need to improve but I'm hoping to increase to 30 milers in roughly the same time as I progress.
Anyway, let's know your contact details and we'll fix something up.
