An ex British Prime Minister acting as an envoy for a foreign country. Am I dreaming? Has the world gone mad?

The EU is on his wishlist, I think - but I'm not sure they'd give him the time of day. He's also down for some sort of job in Africa - hopefully a camel dung retrieval operative!
