How fit does a regt officer need to be? If I am looking at testing myself on a bleep test, what level should i be aiming to achieve?

Well there are two selection courses for a Regt Officer. One of these is OASC at Cranwell where you will need to acheive an absolute minimum of 9.6 (If aged 17-24). You also have to attend the PROC (Potential Regiment Officer's Course) at Honnington where I think they will expect you to be even fitter still.
