hi everyone was just wondering if i was eligible i left RT due to problems at home id spent a long time in hunter coy from my injury which turned into compartment syndrome. what a few people have told me i agree with if id of stayed in i would of probably been md'd and got resettlement do you reckon i'll be eligible for compensation and what channels do i got through? thanks ross ps if i cant go back in the corps beceause of compensation im not going to take it
ex nod was diagnosed with chronic compartment syndrome rejoining eventually.

currently in australia as im traveling the world before i rejoin the marines.

Don't quote me Fodd, but I *think* you'd have a hard time claiming from the Corps if it's not permanent damage. Did you have any personal injury insurance (PAX or similar)? If so that would be a good place to start, even if they don't cover it they might be able to give you some advice/point you in the direction of someone who could help.

cheers for the help royal rang a local personal injury company and they said theres not much that they can do beceause i dont know how i exactly i fractured my leg to start with thanks anyway ps hope everything is fine out there mate take care

Phone glasgow - MOD manning and records and get you medical documents sent to you. Then goto the Royal British Legion (who have never lost a case) and they will tell you if you stand a chance
