Barrack shops

Post by jjjat »

Hi
Im interested in opening a Subway takeaway shop in an army barracks around London or Berkshire but i havent a clue how to go about it.

Please could somebody advise me what are the largest Barracks in these areas and if opening a business in a barracks is a wothwhile investment, and if possible a few telephone numbers would be a great help.

You will be lucky. The new pay as you dine system has come into force and Naafi have got the main concession on that.

Hope that this isn't a wind-up....

Down at the dockyard in Gus they have a McDonalds. Used to do a roaring trade with fat matelots and dockies alike.

Nope not a wind up, fact. Over in Germany there were a couple of wifes trying to open up a cafe to compete with the new pay as you dine system and naafi made such a noise over it and the idea was scrapped. Three weeks later guess what Naafi had a mobile van on site. And they have now extended over the rest of BFG. Watch out UK Naafi is coming!!!!

And Mickey D had better watch his back.

Listen mate, nothing ventured nothing gained.

Try and see how you get on. A no is better than a 'what if'!!!!
