royal tournament 1979

hi guys,

was wondering if any of you knew where i could get my hands on a copy on the royal tournament 1979 as my old man was 1 of the marines who abseiled into hyde park during the performance.
ive emailed the bbc archives, looked on search engines and places such as amazon.co.uk to see if they sell copies but have had no luck

any help would be much appreciated!

Hey Jonno,

You might want to try some of the Field Gun organisations that are still going as they might have access to copies. I know a group in Pompey is recreating the original Field Gun competition although I'm not sure of their name; they were at T200, might be worth doing a search on them.

ahh nice one! ill look into them, then post back here on how i get on, for anyone, who in the future, may want the sane sort of info.
