Loss of Service & Downtime

Post by Beast »

Over the last few days we have experienced network outages, this was traced down to a faulty switch port on one of our distribution switches

Unfortunately one of our providers at the Redbus datacentre in London has been having serious financial problems. As a result we haven't been able to access our equipment for the last two weeks to perform vital network maintenance. And when all failed, we were left switched off.

We have now invested in links to a far superior facility approximately two miles from the current location.

We are now back up and running. And wish to apologise to everyone for the inconvenience caused.

We were not alone, other businesses also suffered over the last few days.
Please bear with us while we perform checks to ensure all services are running 100%.

Thank you for your patience.
