Does anyone have some detailed information on this Regiment visit? Im booked on one but won't get the joining instructions until about 2 weeks before. Could someone whos been or actually has factual information give me an insight? Also into prep that needs to be done before going. I would appreciate as much detail as possible. I have been told that is more about acquaintance and information gathering rather than being beasted around like PGAC, reason being that OASC selects officers not the Regiment, how much truth is there to this? My phys fitness is pretty good but id like to know what to expect!!
