Service History

Post by GD »

As there is no place on my profile for it I thought it might be a good idea to post my service history so that other posters will have an idea of what I might be useful for (careful on those replies now - that wasn't an open invitation)

1964-1969 - St Mark's Wolf Cubs
1969-1971 - St Columba's Boy Scouts
1971-1973 - Royal Irish Fusilier/Royal Irish Ranger Cadets
1973-1978 - Throwing stones at the RUC with my mates
1878-1979 - Ulster Defence Regiment (Ops)
1979-1985 - Queen's Royal Irish Hussars (B1 sigs)
1985-1986 - Ulster Defence Regiment (rifle company)

Please note that during the 1973-78 period I never threw stones at the army/marines. I knew I was going to join up and didn't want to guarantee a kicking during training.

Where's the rest of these service histories then? If we knew where we all served it might provoke discussion?

Jen

What did you think of the printers branch then?

Nice bunch of blokes I always thought. Did me last four years in the mob as one.
