:D Mate, come on, definately not. All caffine does is switch you on and keeps your mind going that little bit longer, i know this because if you read one of my previous posts i can testify to it. It just gets you pumped mental wise, it will not repair your muscles, they need protien to repair

I wouldn't ever rely on caffine for that extra boost you need, you wont be able to do it down at CTCRM so theres no point in using it ok. You know you've got it upstairs to go as far as you will ever need to Andy, just stick with that and you'll be fine. 8)
