Not looking forward to the medical, had one before with the RM but never been checked for heart murmors. Going to stock up on water and no fizzy drinks. Whats the command tasks?

Medical dragged a bit but was ok lol.
Jerry Can was a lot easier than i thought
55kg Lift was easy
Heaves was not bad did 10 but 1 didn't count so got 9
Not sure about my scores but the back push and the lift on the thing out of the floor was simple
The run was not bad, did 11:15 i think. We did 1 lap for a warm up then 4 laps for the 1.5 it was good because it didn't feel like 1.5 but the course was slippy on some bits
Grenade Test was simple got 10/10
The grenade practical was simple even though i cocked up a bit lol misjudged how far it would go.
The team tasks was probably the best thing and overall it was a good experience.

I'm feeling it today though lol, it was actually a bit harder than i thought it would be but loved every minute of it. I think was around 55 of us and i think 42 or 43 passed.

nice one well, well done mate!
yeah the jerry can carry is easier then u think! and the weights were easy enough. i got 9 heaves to which is oright i guess. our track for the run was a public one. 3/4 mile down then turn around and the last 3/4 up. wasnt bad my time was 9.34
wel there was 50 of us and 13 got deferred on the medical and then 3 on the whole thing.
