There will be a program for the entire two weeks put up somewhere. It is all pretty straight forward stuff and most likely exactly what you have been doing on your weekends.

You will do PT every day except for during the shooting package, though if you don't do too well in the shoots there may be a couple punishment excercises.

my last score last time i did a bleep test was 12.1 but like i said that was the 15 metre one. My p.e teacher said that they work out to the same but im doing a 20 metre one on wednesday with Dan to see what i get. Whats the best anyone else has ever achieved on the bleep test? Luke

my best was last september when i was training loads over the summer and i got 13.6 but only got 11.5 on the prmc.
