Wait & Bleed, WTF are you on pal you are a complete knobber!! you've been reading to many of your SAS comics. I think you had be best to stop gobbing off about becoming RM and get your fat civie ass down the AFCO and sign up for real u gobby little muppet. Your a complete joke if your anything to go by your family must be a real comedy act. Just like watching an episode of the young ones, you'd be the snivelling little gimp who thinks he rules the world i.e. Rik Mayall. The one that needs a good kicking every now and then to keep him in line.

The question is have you ever even meet and spoken to a serving or ex Royal Marine face to face, because if you have you'll soon find out they are nothing like those idiots in books and cheesy films. There professionals not posers!!

But keep up the comic posts, the world needs tits like you! :fist:
You make the rest of us wannabes look positively superb candidates.

I apologise now for baiting and winding up WAB in general.
This was in poor taste; teasing anyone because they are mentally disadvantaged is not politically correct.
I am so repentant and remorseful please accept my sincere apology!

ok i am sorry to all i have offended i don't really want to kill i actually started this post when i was drunk, and i suddenly got an idea and this idea was to ask this stupid question about killing. I am interested in becoming a marine for healthy reasons such as fitness, adventure, team work and also self discipline etc etc.

BenChug,
Boy, with an attitude like yours the only unit that would accept you is some Latvian Penal Conscript unit.
Priceless.

Please keep this thread open moderators, this is far too funny to lock :).

But I very much doubt you posted that all while drunk, perhaps you looked back and realised it came out wrong (ie: as a load of immature tosh), you're trying to disown it in the hope of maintaining a generally happy athmosphere, or you were drunk while typing the retraction. Answers on a postage stamp please :).

If you are serious however, I am wondering about;
If a serving marine takes offense at something i say and throws a punch at me i am sorry but he's gonna have a broken arm at the very least, and a trip out of the marines for a year until it heals. If that hapened it wouldn't be my fault i am simply a machine and if u chose to push me i don't just push back i, without thinking, break something.
I realise I don't have any first hand experience in this, but if you mean that I'm worried about how lightly you say you'd be happy to cripple a comrade for a year, if that is how much intelligence and respect you have I suppose at least you won't (shouldn't) get any where near the armed forces without a significant rethink.

WB,
How old are you? You know in the USMC, if you talked this crap or beat up someone who didn't deserve it, they'd wait until you went to sleep, and then they'd square you away. I've seen guys get beat down by a whole squad bay or even worse. They don't do much paper work in the Corps. Like I told you, my best friends had to be the ones to square me away or I bet I'd ended up in the hospital. Instead I just got bashed and choked a bit.
These RM's here are good men, be a little respectful okay?
Sticky is nice he would court-martial you, my old crew would put you to bed with bloody socks. I saw a vistit from the corporals once, it was bad, the Col. stood us in formation for hours, no one talked, he knew no one would. You need to shape up the attitude before you enter a mans world. Karate or not Bruce Lee, 22 stout men with padlocks and socks are more than a match for any one person. Not to mention the tobasco. They'd make you cry, take pictures and then tease you until someone else got a vistit or you left the unit. You UK guys are gentlemen, in the USMC they will hurt you and the command will only pretend to care.
I was late to formation once and the Gunnery Sergeant stood me at parade rest behind his office and punched me so hard in the stomach I threw up. Very professional, he never got angry, offered me a towel and told me to fall in. I was never late again. The platoon laughed for a week over that. Gunny was cool after that, like it never happened.
Let them call me a rebel and I welcome it, I feel no concern from it; but I should suffer the misery of demons were I to make a whore of my soul. (Thomas Paine)
