mate i totally agree it's gonna have to be BNP next time if things dont improve rapidlyIt's interesting to see this debate raging on here too, we had a similar one under the 'Labour Ban the St Georges' thing which was more about the yobbish element that has hijacked our national flag.
What we're talking about here is a problem that in a sense is not due to the asylum seekers. The problem is a justice system which seems to have completely lost the plot in charging the Marine involved and releasing the Iraqi. It's ridicuolous that the BBC, yet again, seems to take this liberal leftie stance on everything where we all have to be nice and fluffy together and they don't want to be seen as non-PC.
I don't think you can necessarily blame asylumn seekers for wanting to have a better life. But the problem is the French let them Waltz in at will (so they won't have to deal with them) and our govenment doesn't take a grip of the situation. What's wrong with keeping them in detention centres until a decision is made? If they really are that desperate to get out of their countries I would be more than happy to spend a few weeks fed and housed whilst waiting for my appliation to get sorted. If they don't like it....well, tough, i though they were freeing oppression?? Why should they be given a house, money and so on when me, as many others are struggling to get on the property ladder on my Queen's shilling.
As somenone mentioned though, although illegal immigration needs dealing with, the real drain on the state is the welfare state. Look at the proportions of budget allocated to each department. Welfare is by far the largest and benefit fraud and so on is costing the country a fortune. The press though jump on nationalistic issues like asylumn seekers to sell papers and the real problems effecting us seem to get pushed to the back pages.
I would just say be very careful about the BNP......they are a breeding ground for far right activists who aren't talking about illegal imigration. They're against any non-whites within Britain and many are overtly racist. There is 'scum' in all sections and skin colours of our society but legal immigrants who have generations of family here and illegal 'economic' migrants who are just looking to feed off of our country are not the same thing.

His legacies are still their today the Volkswagon Beetle and the autobahns.

on my work experience i worked at the doncaster benefits agency, and the ammount of mail i went through was unbelivable. they were all Iraqi, Kosovan or sum shit...bottom line they were all towel heads, and it pissed me off soo much cos for one i had loads of work to do and 2 cos all they wanted was to claim benefit with out gettin off their feckin arses

You shouldnt hate all the asylum seekers purely because a few are physcos.
If britain got bombed and the country was forced to an asylum seeking status, i can pretty much gurantee the same thing would happen to another country, if not worse.
You have to understand, these people come from a place of suffering, and as proffesional military people, you cant go ahead and start attacking a whole community just because one of them attack you.
