Next time you go down you'l be alot more confident in the course knowing what to expect and what to do to pass it. I did. I was dreading the high obst and ropes (not even that high!) as i've never been keen of heights, but once i did it i wanted to do it again. I just switched off, looked at the estuary and walking slowly praying to god my feet would hit solid ground on the wooden beam and not fall off :lol: then i heard the dreaded words "turn around, go back and walk back across", on the 2nd time though i did it alot quicker without hesitation, it made me realise that everything is mental. The only thing stopping you from doing something is that 'that looks dangerous' switch inside your head, overcome that and you can do anything.
