Think you mean NWA.

Personally I can't listen to music when I run, it puts me out of synch and I either end up running too fast or too slow.

Before I play rugby I like to have something with a bit of aggression and pace to it to get me pumped up and in the right frame of mind. Anything from Metallica's S&M album usually sorts this out.

When I'm in the thick of it pushing myself I usually put a song in my head that will calm me down as it helps to let me think more clearly and forget about the pain. Something like Billy Joel's River of Dreams or anything by Johnny Cash usually does the trick.
Aways look on the bright side of life.

Think it's been said but it has got to be 'PAINT IT BLACK'

Wogan seems to be blasting it out every morning at the moment, goes down a treat in my office, well theres only me in it but i like it.

Makes monday mornings go that little bit easier

Good man Chris "Rolling stones" all the way. However "The prodigy" is right up there. The two best for training in my opinion. :P

am bit surprised at all the hip hop thats been said :o and can understand why people have put agressive rock/metal but surely its got to be sum good dance music?simply because you can pace your runs etc with the beat of the song.favourite has to be old skool house, but depending on the mood i find some good trance tunes helpful, and even a bit harder stuff sometimes.progressive house can really get you into the rhythm of things and tunes that build up like sandstorm etc make you run that little bit faster :D

Definately mate. Alot of what i listen to though most of you if not all of you would never have heard of, most of ya will have heard 'comerical' dance music. Thats not real dance music, im only saying this because its my favourite genre along with trance, house and funky house, they're all similar stuff. Saying that, heres some:

Ariel - A9
Sister Bliss - Sister Sister
808 State - Pacific State
Above & Beyond - Getting Away (Original Mix)
Reflekt ft. Delline Bass - I Need To Be Loved (Original Mix - Theres also the 'Thrillseekers Remix' for those that want a more upbeat version, original is the best but both are wicked)
Angelic - Its My Turn (Original Mix)
Tony De Vit - The Dawn (Mr Bishi Remix)
Pulser - Cloudwalking 2004 (Pulser Remix)
Randy Katana - In Silence
Fredde Le Grand - Put Your Hands Up For Detroit
Paul Oakenfold ft. Brittany Murphy - Faster Kill Pussycat
Till West & DJ Delicious - Same Man
Groove Armada - Superstylin'
Delerium ft. Sarah McLachlan - Silence (Tiesto's In Searh Of Sunrise Remix)
Tiesto - Adaigo For Strings
Lil' Love - Little Love
Uniting Nations ft. Laura More - Ai No Corrida
Ferry Corsten & Tiesto - Dreamtime (Gouryella)
Ocean Lab - Clear Blue Water
Ocean Lab - Satellite (Original Above & Beyond Remix)
Alex Neri - Housetrack
Fallen Angels - City Life (Herd & Fitz Vocal Mix)
Olav Basoski ft. Michie One - Waterman
Tiesto - Suburban Train
Soul Seekerz - Electro Shock 2005 (The Electro Shock Remix)
Layo & Bushwacka! - Finally vs. Love Story
Inner City - Good Life

Got hundreds more but it would go on forever!!!!!!!!!! :P
