Yeah bud i've been training real hard for the last 3 months now and even after PRMC i havn't stopped or even cooled of a little, even put myself on a healthy diet for the days i train, i can feel and see a diffrence alot more and quicker than when i was eating pure junk.
When i get down to CTC i want to beat all my PRMC scores as thats the type of person i am, always wanting better myself.
