Nice One lads, much appreciated for your selfless hard work in giving us poor terrestrial TV owners a chance to watch it again
After reading the Weight post I was concerned that I would not be big enough but Im roughly about the same size as the Blue Peter character, I can just run better, although his pressups are nice and fast.
Apparently thats the best way to do them, get them done as quickly as posible before the lactic Acid builds up.
I wonder if they went easy on him as he was a Blue Peter presenter or they generally thought he had enough potential to improve his running etc
9 On the bleep test

Thats not too great, well far from it.
Anyways good stuff, Oh and Chris, Im sure you'll do great in the easy obstacle course once they let you lie down in the middle of CTC to catch your mid excercise collapse

I agree with you chris - you should definitly stick to doing everything upside down and back to front, if possible.

lets imagine you had to do it over a rope that was 300m long.
Could you do it from underneath non stop with out a rest with fighting order and weapon??
At least on top, you can rest arms and legs.

Chris, if you are hanging beneath the regain rope you will miss out on the 30 secs they allow you to snooze on the rope halfway around the assault course. Honest injun.

Chris, we've been rumbled mate. You're right its piss easy. Nods actually spend 30 weeks learning how to grimmace and pull 'F*** faces' so that when the tv cameras turn up.......it's showtime

The easiest test is the endurance course though because you're allowed to skateboard back to CTC

Chris,
IF you ever actually make it to CTC you could always inform the training team of your method - i'm sure they'll let you try it out over the tank (just in case you fall off you won't hurt yourself).

You know the classic 30-mile Dartmoor yomp? Well, what they didn't tell you was that each marine is actually pulled on roller skates behind big trucks. Seriously, my careers adviser told me today. What a joke this whole Commando thing is! If you want a real challenge, the RAF Regiment is always looking out for fit young men...Your turn Tony!
Actually...Chris...RAF Regiment...the perfect coupling?

Si,
Funny you should say that - I just got one of our IT lads to put it on CD for me and he had the same problem. He said go back a page or two and there is a link to the Divx site and dowload the freebie 3mb one. Install it on your computer and then the file should play ok without you doing anything else. Hope its right.
